How do I pre-order for Christmas?

1.  Select your Christmas goodies and place them in your cart as you normally would.

2.  Proceed to checkout, either directly or via your cart.

3.  In the 'Gift Message/Comments' section at checkout, simply type "Christmas Order."

Upon receipt of your order, we will place it on hold and send out all our Christmas orders starting from the week beginning 8th December 2025, ensuring your order is as fresh as it can be but still be in plenty of time for Christmas.

Of course, we’ll let you know when your order has been dispatched.

What’s the deadline for orders?

Your order will be made fresh for you, and it helps to place your order as soon as possible to ensure your order is made, packaged, and on its way in time for Christmas.

Our last order date for Christmas this year will be 8th December 2025.

(If you order after this date, we’ll try our best, but we cannot guarantee your order will arrive in time)

And when will I receive my order?

We use the Royal Mail tracked services and we will begin to dispatch all our Christmas orders week commencing the 8th of December When you receive your order will be determined by your chosen delivery method.
