GENERAL FAQ's

How long before I receive my order?
    Your delivery date will depend on the shipping method shown and paid for. We normally ship orders within a couple of days but this can be a little longer during our busy seasonal times ie: Easter, Halloween and Christmas.

How do you deliver?
    Royal Mail Standard - (Tracked Service,  Delivery aim 3-4 working days, remember to include 1-2 working days dispatch on top of this)
    Royal Mail Priority - (Tracked Service, Delivery aims for the next working day but is not guaranteed, remember to include 1-2 working days dispatch on top of this)

          Free Shipping - when you spend £35 or more on a single transaction going to a single address (Royal Mail Tracked 48 service)                                    
      Royal Mail Tracked services include Email/SMS Notification for orders. We may on occasion use a different courier than Royal Mail
          based on how heavy the order is. We do not dispatch on Saturdays or Sundays.  Delivery times are approximate and no liability whatsoever is accepted in respect of late deliveries.


      Will any information about the price of my order be included with the order?

          Only if the order is being sent to the customer. If you are sending it to a different address as a gift, we will include a dispatch note with no price on it or in some cases no paperwork at all.

      Do you ship outside the UK?
          No, we only ship within the UK

      Returns/Refunds?
          In the unlikey event you need to cancel or return your order.  Please send us an email to sales@gallowayfudge.com quoting your invoice/order No. If your order has already been shipped, you can return it to us assuming it is undamaged, unopened in the original packaging.  Refunds will be processed on receipt of returned goods.  All returns will be at the customers cost. 

      Can I change delivery details after an order has been shipped?
           Once an order has been shipped we cannot amend any delivery details, or offer any refunds unless the product itself is proven to be faulty

      Can I track my order?
          Once your order has been shipped, a 'Shipped' email will be sent updating you.  Your 'Shipped' email will have a Royal Mail tracking number by which you can track your delivery.

      Can I have my order delivered to a different address to mine?
          Yes you can, you just enter the details within the checkout.


      FUDGE FAQ's

      Are all your fudge handmade?
          All our fudges are made by hand by ourselves, 

      Are all your fudges Vegetarian friendly?
          All our fudges are Vegetarian.

      Is your fudge Gluten Free?
          Yes, it is.

      How do I store my fudge?
           If, on the off chance it hasn't been eaten within hours of receiving it keep it stored in a cool dry space.        No refrigeration required.

      How long will my fudge last?
           Our fudge will last appox 2-3 months dependng on when made, over time it will dry out. although we have been told by past customers that it lasts a lot longer.  If it does dry out it's great to grate over ice-creams or desserts.


      MARSHMALLOWS FAQ's

      Are the marshmallows dairy-free?
          All our marshmallows are dairy-free except for Choc Chip Mint, Double Chocolate , Salted Caramel, Caramel & Butterscotch

      Do your marshmallows contain fat?
          No, except for Double Chocolate & Choc Chip Mint as they have chocolate chips on top of them. 

       Are the marshmallows Gluten-Free?
          Yes, all the flavours are free of gluten.

      Are they suitable for vegetarians?

          No, they contain beef-derived gelatine.

      How long will they last?
          4 weeks, you can also freeze them giving you a longer shelf-life.

      What is the best way to keep them fresh?
          Keep them airtight/sealed and out of direct sunlight.
