Shipping & Delivery
- When will I receive my order?
- Made to Order: Most of our products are freshly made to order. Please allow 1–2 working days for production before your order is shipped.
- Processing may take slightly longer during busy seasonal periods (Easter, Halloween, Christmas).
- We do not dispatch orders on Saturdays or Sundays.
- Delivery times are approximate, and we accept no liability for late deliveries.
- What are your delivery methods and costs?
- Standard: Royal Mail Tracked 48 (3–4 working days delivery aim after production).
- Priority: Royal Mail Tracked 24 (Next working day delivery aim after production, not guaranteed).
- Free Shipping: Automatically applies to single orders over £35 sent to a single address (sent via Tracked 48).
- Note: Royal Mail services include Email/SMS tracking notifications. We may occasionally use alternative couriers for exceptionally heavy shipments.
- What if my delivery address or postcode is incorrect?
- Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order.
- If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help before your order is dispatched.
- Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, we are unable to amend delivery details and cannot be held responsible for parcels that are delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information supplied at checkout.
- If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, additional postage charges may apply for redelivery.
- Can I change my delivery details after ordering?
- Once an order has been shipped, we cannot amend any delivery details or alter the courier's route.
- Can I track my order?
- Yes. Once dispatched, you will receive a "Shipped" email containing your Royal Mail tracking number.
- Can I ship to a different delivery address?
- Yes. Simply enter the recipient's details in the shipping fields during checkout.
- Do you include prices or invoices inside gift orders?
- If the shipping address matches your billing address, paperwork includes pricing.
- If you ship to a different address as a gift, we include a price-free dispatch note or omit paperwork entirely.
- Do you ship outside the UK?
- No. We currently only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.
What is your cancellation, returns, and refund policy?

- Please email us directly at sales@gallowayfudge.com with your invoice or order number.

- You can cancel any order for a full refund, provided it has not yet been dispatched.
- What is your return policy?
- If your order has already shipped, refunds are only issued if items are returned unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- The customer is fully responsible for the cost of returning items to us.
- Refunds are processed only after the returned goods are safely received at our premises.
- We cannot offer refunds on shipped items unless the product itself is proven to be faulty.

- Yes. All our fudges are made entirely by hand by us.
- Is your fudge suitable for vegetarians?
- Yes. All of our fudge flavours are 100% vegetarian-friendly.
- Is your fudge gluten-free?
- Yes. All of our fudge is completely gluten-free.
- How should I store my fudge?
- Store it in a cool, dry place. No refrigeration is required.
- How long does the fudge last?
- Our fudge lasts approximately 3 months depending on when it was made, and it will naturally dry out over time.
- Top Tip: If it does dry out, it tastes fantastic grated over ice cream or desserts!

- Are your marshmallows dairy-free?
- Yes, except for Choc Chip Mint, Double Chocolate, Salted Caramel, and Caramel.
- Do your marshmallows contain fat?
- No, except for Double Chocolate, Caramel, Salted Caramel and Choc Chip Mint (due to the real chocolate chips placed on top).
- Are your marshmallows gluten-free?
- Yes. Every single one of our marshmallow flavours is completely gluten-free.
- Are your marshmallows suitable for vegetarians?
- No. Our marshmallows contain beef-derived gelatine and are not suitable for vegetarians.
- How long do the marshmallows last?
- They remain fresh for 5-6 weeks. They can also be frozen to extend their shelf-life.
- What is the best way to keep marshmallows fresh?
- Keep them stored in an airtight, sealed container completely out of direct sunlight.
